International Orders

Best Gem accepts all international Orders provided we can safely ship via FEDEX or USPS, additional shipping fees apply. Payment must be made by wire transfer only. Import taxes vary in each country so they must be checked and cleared by the buyer in the city of destination (customs).

Canada Orders

Orders to Canada must be paid by wire transfer or cashier’s check. Canadian credit cards are accepted for orders under $700.00. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer - taxes must be checked and cleared at Canadian Customs. Orders shipped via USPS can be significantly delayed (1 – 3 weeks) due to border policies. For a fee of $15.00, we can add Express Mail and guarantee a faster delivery (3 – 10 business days). For a fee of $40.00, orders will be shipped via FEDEX and arrive in 1-3 business days (cost varies depending on city/area of delivery).

Shipping to Military Addresses

Orders going to military bases in the US will be shipped via USPS. Orders going to an international based military address will be shipped via Global Express or FEDEX (for higher values). Please note that we must have the physical location of the base and not only the box number for FEDEX shipping. Also, please make sure your base allows international deliveries.
