custom charges may apply. If you are a Canada resident, please check

Best Layaway Option
Best Gem introduces the Best Layaway Option. A 15% non-refundable
deposit is required for all orders and the full amount is due within
90 days. Orders must be paid with cashier's checks, money orders,
or wire transfer. Upon full receipt of payment, purchases are
promptly shipped. The Best Gem 10-day money back
return policy applies to all items that are financed, minus
the initial 15% non-refundable deposit and shipping and handling
charges. If the customer decides to exchange or upgrade, Best Gem
will issue a store credit for the entire amount of the purchase
minus shipping and handling charges. Best Layaway is available only
through our customer care representatives at 1-888-818-8985.
In the event payment is not made within the 90 day period or if
the order is cancelled, the 15% deposit is not refundable nor eligible
for store credit.
Note: Customers purchasing Best
Layaway are NOT eligible for the 2% DISCOUNT.

Important
Diamond Information
Bestgem guarantees that, ALL our diamonds are
100% natural UNLESS clearly specified on the title and description
of the item. This statement also applies to our diamond jewelry
line. For this reason, we do not even use laser inscription, a technique
most commonly used by many diamond sellers. We like to keep our
diamonds that way nature intended them to be: natural. Common methods
of enhancement are irradiation and laser drilling. Click here

Holiday's and Exchange Policy
Holiday purchases made between December 12, 2005 trough December 24, will have an extended return policy. The item must be postmarked on or before January 10, 2006 for proper credit.
Return
and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us at our toll free number 1-888-818-8985 or 1-305-579-2378
to discuss a possible exchange. If you decide to return the item,
you must postmark the return package to us within 10 days starting
from the date of receipt. For example, if you receive your package
on November 1st the return package to us must be postmarked before
or on November 10th. The package must be returned to the following
address with the original invoice to ensure proper credit:

to potential theft.)
Returns must be shipped in a box, not an envelope.
The most economical and preferred method to ship the merchandise
back to us would be Registered Mail with the United States Post
Office, fully insured for the amount paid for the item. We are not
responsible for any lost packages on the return.
The original invoice and all accompanying documents
must be included with the returned package in order to receive proper
credit.
Credits
Purchases made by credit card will be issued a
credit back to the card used for the purchase. All other forms of
payment will be issued a refund in the form of a check.
Charges that will not be refunded are as follows
(please see invoice for details):
-Shipping and handling charge based on purchase
price due to insurance coverage
-Restocking Fees if applicable
-Alterations fees if applicable (ring sizing, metal
changes, or any other jewelry adjustments)
-$70.00 Restocking fee for Platinum items
-$130.00 / Laboratory Certificate if not returned or not in its’
original condition (eg. if stained, bent, etc)
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY EXCEPTIONS BE MADE.
Appraisals
If you are satisfied with your purchase, a personalized
appraisal for insurance purposes can be forwarded to you. Please
contact us (1-877-808-2378 or info@bestgem.com) with the names and
address you would like on the appraisal.
Returns will be thoroughly examined by a gemologist
to verify that the diamond returned, is in fact the original diamond
shipped. Jewelry must be in it's original condition. Items altered/damaged
in any manner will not be issued a refund.
Best Gem Corp. will not grant any refunds on special orders such
as customized products and/or additional services requested by the
customer.

1) US Postal Service by Registered
mail, fully insured, with the return receipt. Delivery time is normally
approximately 3 business days.
2) Federal Express fully insured.
Overnight or 2 day delivery is available. Overseas shipping will
incur additional charges.

-USPS Insured Priority Mail: Orders under $400.00 and military addresses.
-UPS Second-Day, Insured Delivery (signature required upon receipt):
Orders $400.00 - $1000.00
-UPS Overnight, Insured Delivery (signature required upon receipt):
Orders $1000.00 and over.
-Federal Express Overnight, Insured Delivery (signature required
upon receipt): All international orders

Upgrading/Trading Up
All client transactions will be carefully documented and kept
on file for future reference in the event that you would like to
trade in your diamond. Details will be discussed at time of trade
in. Best Gem offers a Lifetime Diamond Upgrading Policy,
providing the diamond is not damaged/altered at the time of trade
in.
We will do our best to accommodate all our clients to ensure complete
satisfaction with their purchases.
